 +Crews are ranked based on a cumulative "score" that is derived from crew experience, battles and wars. Multiply the below percentages by the value earned in each activity to get the score value. There is also a monthly ranking that can be accessed from the "sort" button. The monthly ranking is a snapshot of the total score earned in the current calendar month.
